Where can you find your Lumion Activation Code?

There are two ways to find your Lumion activation code:

• In your Lumion account: Your Lumion account is a personal online portal where you can manage your license keys, download Lumion, get support and more. To access your Lumion account, you need to create one with the same email address that you used to order or purchase Lumion. If you already have a Lumion account, you can log in and click on License Keys to see your activation code. If you do not have a Lumion account, you can create one here.
• In your Getting Started with Lumion email: When you order or purchase Lumion, you will receive an email with the subject “Getting Started with Lumion”. This email contains your activation code, as well as a download link and instructions on how to install and activate Lumion. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new email by following the instructions here.

How do you register your Lumion Activation Code on your Lumion Account?

To get access to all pages and support services, you will need a Lumion account with a registered activation code. Here are the steps to register your code:

1. Copy your activation code from your Getting Started with Lumion email or from your Lumion account.
2. Go to your Lumion account page. If you do not yet have a Lumion account, please click here to create one.
3. Click on License Keys.
4. Click on Register a License Key.
5. Paste the Lumion activation code and click the Register Key button.
6. Click the View More button.
7. All set! Your activation code is stored in your Lumion account and you can download Lumion onto any of your computers.

How do you activate Lumion on your computer?

Once you have registered your activation code on your Lumion account, you can download and install Lumion on your computer. Here are the steps to activate Lumion:

1. Download the latest version of Lumion from your Lumion account page or from the link in your Getting Started with Lumion email.
2. Run the installer and follow the instructions on the screen.
3. When prompted, enter the activation code as shown in your Lumion account or in your Getting Started with Lumion email.
